Stress Management
Stress is the body's natural response to challenges or demands, but chronic stress can lead to emotional, mental, and physical health problems. Common symptoms include irritability, fatigue, headaches, and difficulty concentrating. I teach stress management techniques such as mindfulness, relaxation exercises, and time management skills, empowering clients to handle stress in a healthy, constructive way.

Answer:
